nafwph Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "nafwph", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the nafwph platform and its operating entity, accessible at nafwph.net.
• "Member", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the nafwph platform.
• "Platform" refers to the nafwph website, mobile browser interface, and all associated games, betting markets, payment systems, and account tools accessible at nafwph.net.
• "Account" refers to the registered member profile created upon successful completion of the nafwph registration process.
• "Game" refers to any casino game, live dealer title, slot machine, fishing arcade, bingo room, sports bet, virtual sport, or other wagering product available on the nafwph platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive issued by nafwph to a member under specific promotion terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by nafwph before processing withdrawal requests.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.

By accessing the nafwph platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the nafwph service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the nafwph platform and must not attempt to register an account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the nafwph platform, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. nafwph takes age verification seriously. Any person found to have registered while under the age of 21 will have their account immediately terminated, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned less any applicable processing fees.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The nafwph platform is intended for use by persons physically located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the nafwph platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. nafwph makes no representation that the platform is legal or available in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To open a nafwph account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate. nafwph reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information provided at any time.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active nafwph account. You may not register on behalf of another person, and you may not allow any other person to use your account. If nafwph discovers that you hold more than one account — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — nafwph reserves the right to close all such accounts without notice and to void all pending bets, bonuses, and withdrawable balances associated with those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your nafwph account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. nafwph will never ask you to share your password via any channel.

You agree to notify nafwph immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach by contacting support. nafwph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure, or from your failure to notify us promptly upon discovering unauthorized access.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your nafwph account that is not used on any other service.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• You must log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your nafwph account, whether authorized by you or not, unless you have previously notified nafwph of a security breach and nafwph has confirmed the account has been secured.
• nafwph may lock your account pending investigation if unusual activity is detected, for your protection. Our support team will contact you via your registered email address in such cases.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

nafwph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, and USDT. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified at the point of transaction.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on nafwph is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, however nafwph reserves the right to request documentation for deposits above certain thresholds in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified members are processed by nafwph 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) may take up to one banking business day. USDT withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Only funds that have been wagered at least once are eligible for withdrawal, unless nafwph expressly states otherwise in writing.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name that match your verified nafwph account identity.
• nafwph reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification or enhanced due diligence checks.
• Any withdrawal request found to involve fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms will be declined and the associated funds forfeited.

5.5 Currency and Fees

nafwph does not charge fees on standard GCash and Maya withdrawals. Fees may apply to certain bank transfer and cryptocurrency withdrawal methods; these will be disclosed at the point of withdrawal request. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider on their end.

nafwph offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and Conditions as well as the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters directly relating to that promotion.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the bonus balance being removed from your account.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only and may be restricted based on account history, payment method, or geographic criteria as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• nafwph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to members who have accepted an active offer.
• A member may only claim each promotion once unless the promotion expressly states it is recurring or available multiple times.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of completed wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

nafwph actively monitors bonus activity. Any member found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or exploiting technical errors — will have their bonus balance voided, their winnings forfeited, and their account subject to suspension or permanent closure.

All games available on the nafwph platform operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) tested and audited by accredited independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated from regulated studio environments with trained human dealers. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate as certified by the relevant provider and testing body.

nafwph reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of a technical fault, software error, data feed interruption (in the case of live sports betting), or any other circumstance that materially affects the integrity or fairness of the outcome. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded to the member's nafwph account.

• It is your responsibility to ensure you understand the rules of each game before placing a bet. Game rules are available within each game's interface.
• In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on nafwph's servers, the server record shall be the definitive record.
• nafwph does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of any game. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned technical issues may temporarily affect game availability.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nafwph platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one nafwph account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the nafwph platform without express written permission.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the nafwph platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other members or with nafwph staff to influence game outcomes.
• Using the nafwph platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity prohibited under Philippine law, including Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.
• Charging back deposits or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider in bad faith.
• Attempting to access nafwph's backend systems, databases, or infrastructure without authorization.
• Using the nafwph platform if you are a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a nafwph employee, without prior written approval.

nafwph is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to all members seriously. We provide a range of tools designed to help members maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available to all members at any time through the nafwph account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control how much you fund your nafwph account within any given period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, betting is suspended for the remainder of that period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set period of time, helping you maintain awareness of your playing sessions.

All content on the nafwph platform — including but not limited to the nafwph name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, game content, text, and software — is the intellectual property of nafwph or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the nafwph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any nafwph content without prior written authorization.
• Use the nafwph name, logo, or branding in any manner that could imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any nafwph software.
• Use nafwph content for any commercial purpose, including advertising, resale, or publication.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nafwph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the nafwph platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial loss, even if nafwph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

nafwph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the nafwph platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nafwph account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nafwph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the nafwph platform at your own risk. nafwph will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your device or data arising from your use of the platform.

nafwph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, nafwph will notify registered members via email to the address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the nafwph platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the nafwph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
